CDC Private Certifiers’ director, George Saadi, has extensive involvement within the building industry, with over 22 years’ experience. George first started his career in Engineering by graduating from the University of Sydney Engineering (Civil/Structural) and ongoing as a member of Institute of Engineers Australia, gaining first-hand experience in RTA/TfNSW and other infrastructure projects. Continuing in supervisor roles, he completed TAFE Building Studies and obtained his builders licence.

After working in those professions and gaining invaluable building industry knowledge, he completed a post graduate degree from the University of Western Sydney Building Surveying leading to his becoming an Registered Building Surveyor (Certifier) able to approve, inspect and certify residential projects. George has been accredited by the NSW Fair Trading (BDC 1742) since 2010.

CDC Private Certifiers, established in 2015, has a great team of certifiers, inspectors and admin staff that pride themselves of making your certification experience a good one for owner, builder, and community. Any of our team can help with residential matters for your DA approval or CDC development. George, through his industry experience and partners, can help with commercial developments of any scale head in the right direction for your needs.

We take pride in being up to date with all forms of communication, extensively utilising electronic documentation, scanning, Electronic Housing Code and having use of the latest software and programmes.
